We will use easy Hands-on techniques, Yoga wall props, Neurobics exercises - intrinsic physiological mechanisms for Balancing the Autonomic Nervous System through Movement and Touch.

These practices allow constant access to the healing power of the Vagus nerve.They are pro-active things we can do to promote our health and to process stress. 

Some of the exercises will be performed in couples, so bring your preferred one, if you are so... particular.
